Die dusselige App unterstützt mein Lineage nämlich nicht mehr...

After a day listening to my #fairbuds it's crazy how the sound is improved with this tool. Every Fairbuds owners should know that!

Before, I felt the sound of the fairbuds was mediocre, but then, it is quite good... Very very good indeed.

It is sad that #Fairphone people are not able to update the official app to do that.

💡 TLDR: you have the (small) fairbuds? ➡️ Use this https://jurf.github.io/fairbuds/ (it will change everything to the sound)

the headband base of my fairbuds xl (2023 model) broke again. I have lost count of how often this has happened, I think it's been 4 times now. fairphone has always sent me a replacement, but soon I'll be out of the 2-year warranty period and I'd hate to pay 20€ every few months for my headphones.

and yes, it's very nice that those things can be repaired, but it would be even nicer if that would not be needed every half year.

🤞 Hopping that #Fairphone will update their unefficient app to include the full spectrum of the #fairbuds!

(I had to reactivate Chrome on my phone, because Firefox do not include a Bluetooth API)

If you have #fairbuds (the small ones), you should definitely use https://jurf.github.io/fairbuds/ to finally get the awesome sound quality, that the hardware can actually provide. I can recommend the custom EQ preset from soundguys. It's mindblowing compared to the default ones from #fairphone

Ich liebe ja mein #Fairphone aber was die da mit den (kleinen) #Fairbuds angestellt haben ist ja absoluter Mist. Hardware ist super, aber die Software ist auf allen Ebenen vermurkst. (1/3)

Do you have #recommendations for #bluetooth in-ear #headphones ? I was quite satisfied with my huawei freebuds SE 2, but I’d like something more sustainable. Something like #fairphone or #framework and if the company is based on #Europe even better.

I’d go with the #fairbuds but I’d really love to avoid those in-ears with plastic tips.

Man kann 250€ für #Sony-In-Ear-Kopfhörer ausgeben, die weder brauchbaren Support bekommen noch reparierbar sind – oder für 23€ die billigsten von #Xiaomi, die nicht schlechter klingen und auch ansonsten einen soliden Job machen, inkl. verhältnismäßig langer Laufzeit.

Aber Optimum: Reparierbare Kopfhörer kaufen, wie die Fairbuds. Vollkommen vergessen, dass die existieren. 🫠

Und leider verliere ich die scheiß In-Ear-Teile eher, als dass ich irgendwann den Akku tauschen muss.  🙈
