The internet in a nutshell: “Republicans are turning this country into a christofascist hellstate. We should vote them out.” “Yeah, but, Democrats have run middle ground candidates over the years, so why even bother.” SMDH. Anyway, Republican voters are only half the problem. Defeatists, stay-home voters, and fundamentalist left wingers all own a bit of this. And yeah, I’ve caucused here. I’ve helped knock out an establishment guy. So fuck off with the hopelessness.
Misuse CaseA comrade of mine doing protests outside an #ICE facility says that last time she was there, some of the ICE people came out and chanted “long live the king” at the protesters.
