عريضة مساندة للمنتدى التونسي للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إثر التعليق الوقتي لنشاط المنتدى التونسي للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، يعبّر الباحثات والباحثون والجامعيّات والجامعيّون الممضين أسفله على تضامنهم المطلق مع هذه الجمعية ويستغربون اللجوء الى مثل هذه القرارات التي تحدّ من حرّية التنظّم وتعطّل النشاط المدني والجمعياتي وتزيد الفضاء العمومي توتّرا وحيفا. لقد عرف الباحثات والباحثون والجامعيّات والجامعيون المنتدى التونسي للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية منذ سنة 2011 كأحد أركان المجتمع المدني المناضل وكإحدى المنظمات التقدّمية المدنية المنحازة للفئات الأكثر تضرّرا من السياسات التنموية غير العادلة، وكرافد من روافد العمل المدني الملتزم بقيم العدالة الاجتماعية والهادف الى ابلاغ صوت الفقراء والمظلومين وسائر الفئات المحرومة واسناد مجهودات الدولة في سبيل تركيز منوال تنموي يقوم على العدالة بين الفئات والجهات ويقطع مع كل مظاهر الحيف والظلم والحرمان. كما عرف الباحثات والباحثون والجامعيّات والجامعيون المنتدى التونسي للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من خلال عمله الجدّي والمنتظم في مجال الرصد بما وفّر للباحيثن في مختلف العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية مادّة ضخمة من البيانات مثّلت مصدرا أساسيا لعديد البحوث العلمية من رسائل دكتوراه وماجستير وكتب ومقالات منشورة في عديد المجلات العلمية في تونس والخارج حول مواضيع تتعلق بالعدالة الاجتماعية وآثار السياسات التنموية بشكل عام كالانتحار والبطالة والفشل المدرسي والتلوّث والهجرة والتمييز ...الخ. ان الباحثات والباحثون والجامعيات والجامعيين الممضين على هذه العريضة يشهدون بجدّية هذه المنظمة ووطنيّتها وانحيازها للفئات المحرومة ويشيدون بالدور الكبير الذي قامت به خلال 15 سنة وتميّزها في نشر عديد الدراسات العلمية والتقارير وأوراق السياسات في مجالات استراتيجية تقوم على نقد السياسات التنموية الليبرالية التي انتهجتها مختلف الحكومات المتعاقبة وتؤسس لعلاقة تكامل بين دور الدولة في التشريع والتخطيط والاستثمار ودور المجتمع المدني في النقد والضغط وطرح البدائل ويدعون الدولة، على هذا الأساس، الى التخلّي عن مثل هذه الإجراءات التعسّفية المعتمدة في اطار الرقابة على منظمات المجتمع المدني. الامضاءات Petition in Support of the Tunisian Forum for Economic and Social Rights Following the temporary suspension of the activities of the Tunisian Forum for Economic and Social Rights, the undersigned researchers and academics express their full solidarity with this association and their deep concern over such decisions, which restrict freedom of association, undermine civil and community engagement, and heighten tension and injustice in the public sphere. Since 2011, researchers and academics have recognized the Tunisian Forum for Economic and Social Rights as one of the pillars of Tunisian civil society and among the progressive organizations that stand alongside the groups most affected by unfair development policies. The Forum is also known for its civic engagement rooted in the values of social justice, striving to give a voice to the poor, the oppressed, and other marginalized groups, while supporting the state’s efforts to build a development model founded on equity between social groups and regions, and to put an end to all forms of injustice, oppression, and deprivation. Researchers and academics have also come to know the Tunisian Forum for Economic and Social Rights through its rigorous and regular monitoring work, which has provided scholars across the humanities and social sciences with a wealth of data serving as a primary source for numerous scientific studies — including doctoral and master’s theses, books, and articles published in many academic journals in Tunisia and abroad. These works have addressed topics related to social justice and the impacts of development policies, such as suicide, unemployment, school dropout, pollution, migration, discrimination, and more. The undersigned researchers and academics attest to the integrity, dedication, and patriotism of this organization, and to its steadfast commitment to disadvantaged groups. They commend the significant role the Forum has played over the past 15 years and its notable contribution to the publication of numerous scientific studies, reports, and policy papers in strategic areas. These works are grounded in a critical examination of the liberal policies pursued by successive governments and advocate for a complementary relationship between the role of the state — in legislation, planning, and investment — and that of civil society — in critique, advocacy, and proposing alternatives. On this basis, the signatories call on the state to abandon such arbitrary measures taken under the pretext of monitoring civil society organizations. Signatures
تلقى المنتدى التونسي للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية مساء اليوم 27 أكتوبر 2025 مراسلة رسمية تُعلمه بتعليق نشاطه لمدة شهر بنفس الصياغة الجاهزة التي طُبّقت على عدد من الجمعيات والمنظمات. ورغم التزام المنتدى، كعادته، بكل التراتيب القانونية والإدارية، فإننا نؤكد أن ما نتعرض له منذ أفريل 2025 من سلسلة متواصلة من التدقيقات المالية والجبائية ليس سوى حلقة جديدة في مسار التضييق على الفضاء المدني المستقل، ومسعى وقح لإخضاع الأصوات الحرّة التي رفضت المبايعة وظلت وفية لقيم العدالة والكرامة. إننا كأفراد وكمجموعة نُجدّد اليوم تمسكنا الثابت بمبدأ مقاومة الظلم والتمييز، ووقوفنا الدائم إلى جانب كل النضالات الاجتماعية والمدنية والحقوقية في بلادنا. وسنظل كما كنّا دائمًا في الصفوف الأمامية مع المظلومات والمظلومين مؤمنين بأن الانحياز لاصحاب واجب مستمر لقد راكمنا هذا الالتزام عبر تجاربنا في مساندة النضالات الاجتماعية قبل الثورة وبعدها وتغذّى هذا الإصرار من تضحيات الشهداء والجرحى والمساجين وكل من ناضل من أجل تونس الحرية والكرامة والعدالة الاجتماعية. إن ما يحدث اليوموما قد يحدث غدًا لن يرهبنا ولن يُضعف عزيمتنا أينما كنّا — داخل منظمتنا، في الشوارع، أو في أي مكان سنظل أوفياء للمظلومين والمظلومات أكثر إصرارًا على رفع أصواتهم.ن، وأكثر ارتباطًا بهمومهم.ن وآمالهم.ن فمن يظن انه قادر على كسر إرادتنا لا يدرك عزيمتنا ولا يفقه مواقعنا، كنا ومازلنا حيث نفخَر ونتمسّك بمبادئنا ومواقعنا المنحازة لأصحاب الحقوق. نعلن التزامنا بقرار تعليق النشاط لمدة شهر ابتداء من اليوم، ونطعن فيه باعتباره قرارا تعسفيا ظالما، ونواصل التزامنا بقضايا شعبنا على الدوام الحرية لجميع المظلومات والمظلومين الكرامة للجميع | 11 comments on LinkedIn
