Today, we’re back at the Practical Classics resto show at the NEC in March with another Polish car, the FSO Polonez. When it was launched in 1978, it had quite a fresh modern look, especially compared with most other Eastern European cars of the time, although most of the under-the-skin bits were carried over from the older 125P, which FSO built under licence from Fiat. Endless updates and variations produced this blander look on later versions.
