Gas prices rose by a dollar, they were static for a week, and now they rose another dime. I will now repeat what I've been saying for decades: Can we FINALLY get rid of the 9/10 of a cent? It was pointless when gas < $2... you're not making me think these prices are THAT much lower than $4 and $5. Drop the fractions, drop the prices and stop this stupid distraction war.

@mathematicalsynesthesia @ddrake Perhaps 'fraction' doesn't feel right for numbers like 2/1 and 'rational' would be better.

Usually fraction implies 'not a whole number', e.g. 1/3. (But 3/3 is a fraction and is equivalent to a whole number, so who knows?)
