I got into a bad habit of falling asleep to Countdown and MeidasTouch/LegalAF podcasts.

Thank god Jackie and Shadow broke me out of that habit.

FWIW The #FOBBV live stream of the nest is the best #WhiteNoise I’ve found for sleeping in a long time. Best thing, Jackie wakes me up every morning. Until the next mic broke. The wide angle cam mic still works though.
