So shiny!
Awesome 3D printer. So much faster than the old mini one I had. And the WiFi connectivity of it is mind blowing. I can send a file to it from my laptop then keep tabs on it with the app on my phone.
This weekend’s projects:
1. Replace the PSU in the #Flashforge #Adventurer5M. The one it comes with has the fan going at all times, which is annoying. Meanwell makes a drop-in equivalent that… doesn’t. Unfortunately they tripled in price at some point.
2. Modify the Sunlu S2 dryer to hopefully be less noisy and not require the lid be propped open.
3. Install the #Microswiss Flowtech hotend on the #SovolSV08, if it shows up. The stock hotend is just ridiculous. A bunch of screws and thermal paste any time you want to change the nozzle? Might as well make me hot-tighten it, which I still have never done successfully. I’d rather have an E3D Revo solution rather than another standard but whatever.
Just for fun, I set up the #Chimp of a #trophyhunting shape made with #zbrush and #keyshot. I #3dprint with my #Flashforge Adventure 3

Ok...so my first spool of PETG comes in tomorrow. I have been printing for a whole 2 weeks.
