I recently made the switch from desktop Chrome to desktop #Firefox, which has mostly been fine, except for one problem:

Firefox stops bothering to answer AJAX requests in tabs pretty quickly, which makes my preferred webmail client--#Roundcube--FAR less functional under FF than it was under Chrome.

If left alone for a moment--or sometimes, even while typing an email--FF stops paying attention, further AJAX calls fail, and I'm forced to refresh the tab.

Anybody have any ideas?

FR - Allo Masto ! Question sur l'éditeur PDF de Firefox : l'éditeur est très pratique, permettant de modifier facilement des PDF et de remplir des champs de formulaire.
Qu'en est-il de la sécurité et de la confidentialité des données ? le document PDF reste-t-il en local ou bien y a-t-il par défaut un enregistrement (via le compte en ligne FF, par exemple) ? sur la page officielle de présentation de l'éditeur PDF, je ne trouve pas d'info à ce sujet... je ne trouve pas non plus de paramètres "PDF" dans les options / paramètres de FF.
Quelqu'un a-t-il des infos ?

What about data security and privacy? Does the PDF document remain locally, or is it saved by default (via the Firefox online account, for example)? On the official PDF editor page, I can’t find any information on this. I also can’t find any “PDF” settings related to this in Firefox’s options or settings.
Any information about this point ?

Kudos to #Firefox. I sometimes pre-load my daily reading in tabs to read them offline during a flight. I did that with ~100 pages today but to my dismay, I accidentally closed that window when I brought my laptop out of suspension.

When I used `Ctrl+Shift+N` to bring it back, though, I was surprised to see the active tab load without issues (presumably from cache). Same for the next one. And the next. And so on. I finished it all at my leisure.
