A lot to digest, and I feel like this is a film that benefits from rewatching over time.
One of the best courses I took in film school was called "visual anthropology," basically a course in how to watch documentaries with a critical eye toward the filmmakers' own biases and agenda, and after watching it all these years later, I'm a little surprised F For Fake wasn't in the curriculum
