Dear Fediverse, I need your opinion about a 3d printer, the Snapmaker U1.

I found it on Kickstarter and pledged my money on it, but am still unsure... 🤔
There are only a few hours left to recall.

Features of the Snapmaker U1:
- 4 toolheads
- 5 sec toolhead swap
- multi-material like TPU and PETG
- low waste (they say 80% less)
- 500 mm/s speed
- smart calibration
- auto filament system
- app control

I already watched the reviews of the pre-production devices and they do sound great.

Currently I own a Bambu Lab A1 mini and planned to upgrade to AMS (300$) this christmas, but the 799$ of the Kickstarter campaign for the U1 sound like a fair deal for a bigger and more versatile device.

What is your opinion about the U1? Should I stick to Bambu Lab with AMS or get the U1?

Concept, gonna do some polishing now and see where it'll go.

This will be the flag used by our Comissar in the army I'm making, so that to "LAND" and spread the red propaganda around.

I was looking at soviet stuff specifically, for this army I'm making, since they're supposed to be **extremely meme soviet**, and I inspired myself from soviet symbolism and the 'The Monument to the Conquerors of Space'.

Took some time this weekend to tune up my 3D printer and print up these "Dummy 13" posable figurines. They came out great! I have a feeling my office is going to end up full of figurines cavorting around...
