Unlike 2015, we didn’t engage w/ ,argue w/ ,try to reason w/, or in any way help the tiny % of the far far #farL spread their RU propaganda talking points. We dropped truth in their mentions & blocked them. Period the fucking end. But before we blocked we went to their follow & followers list & blocked 1,000s there too. I blocked more accounts in 20 than in my entire time on the net, so did 1,000s of others

I’ll write out what I delt w/ but it will take several hours to be specific & accurate. I’m not talking about regular progressives. I’m talking about the far far #farL ones who stated that they wanted a revolution, believed Ds & Rs were no different & spread Putin’s actual talking points, attacked Kamala etc The way the f f farL dealt w/ Gaza was the nail in the coffin. Their own religious leaders wanted it to be a rallying point to support Palestine instead of a tool to alienate Dem voters.

@anubis2814 A small % on the #farL are a genuine problem. I brought them up because you said Dems were the problem. The GOP gerrymandering etc to suppress the vote & the media being in the tank for Rs are bigger issues. Communication in an era where the media sanitizes & sane washes a man like trump & a creep like Joe Rogan can warp mills of young men is the main issue. @timo21 Imagine if Jaypal instead of rallying people to not vote for Kamala had instead followed what the coalition of religious leaders pleaded with people to do which is to promote Harris’s as the best alternative to save lives & the most likely to be reasoned with after the election to work even more toward the common goal.
