⚠️ #Ukraine will receive dozens of #F_16 fighters from #Belgium, — #Defense_Express
Belgium has started receiving fifth-generation #F_35 fighters, which will replace the #F_16 by 2028. The first four have already arrived.
☝️It is expected that #Ukraine will receive the first #Belgian #F16s in 2026. This decision will strengthen the #Ukrainian Air Force and expand capabilities for combat sorties.
In total, #Belgium ordered 34 #F_35A and plans to purchase 11 more.
That's the aircraft, as I recall and CBC wouldn't, where the pilot spent 53 minutes on a call with customer support before ejecting and letting it smash into Alaskan wilderness? Or was that some other brilliant fighter design?
