Good morning tooting friends. It’s a pretty dreary grey old day out there, but a warmish night of 11c, it was supposed to be less but 🤷🏼‍♀️. It’s only getting to 17c today with a slight chance of rain, not much in it though.
I was barely online yesterday, I had an issue with those damned awful, wrong facing eyelashes on Sunday night & had been rubbing my eye. I must have done something to one of them because I started to feel pain in the eye, the eyelash was stabbing my eye which caused it to constantly water & I could only relieve it by holding the lower lid down. So I went to bed. I tried ringing my optometrist as soon as they opened but the calls weren’t going through. So I took myself down to the nearest shopping centre & Specsavers who took me straight in & in less than a minute, relief! Add some eye drops to soothe & I’m back to normal.
Then I spent most of the rest of the day with my daughter, helping her buy little bits & pieces for her work. Having lunch together & talking, I had a lovely time & thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the day.
