✊ Weimer knickt ein! Kulturstaatsminister will Berliner Buchhandlung „Zur schwankenden Weltkugel“ nicht mehr als "politische Extremisten" schmähen 🚩 🏴

Im Zusammenhang mit dem Buchhandlungspreis, den Weimer eigentlich verleihen wollte, dann aber kurzerhand mehreren linken Buchläden wieder entzogen hat, weil es angeblich verfassungsschutzrelevante "Erkenntnisse" gebe, hat er die Berliner Buchhandlung als "politische Extremisten" bezeichnet.

Zuerst untersagte ihm das Verwaltungsgericht Berlin im Eilverfahren, die Wiederholung dieser Unterstellung und hat nun auch endgültig seine Niederlage anerkannt und eine entsprechende Zusicherung abgegeben.

Rechtsanwalt Prigge, der die Klägerinnen der Buchhandlung vertritt, lässt sich zitieren mit den Worten "Die Diffamierung der Buchhandlung von Kulturstaatsminister Weimer war ein klarer Rechtsbruch".

Weimers Rechtsbruch reiht sich nahtlos ein, in die zunehmende Repression von rechts. Ob es jemand wie Weimer ist, der freihändig Gelder und Preise entzieht, Linke diffamiert, oder aktuell die Staatsanwaltschaft Heilbronn, welche zahlreiche Menschen verfolgt, der sich angeblich ungebührlich über den Bundeskanzler Merz äußern (Stichwort: Lügenfritz), von weit gravierendern staatlichen An- und Übergriffen ganz abgesehen.

#Extremist behavior and complaints from school officials had led #ChulaVista police to seize dozens of his family's guns after a " gun-violence restraining order" was placed re: mentally unstable #CalebVazquez a year before this apparently preventable attack...

Vazquez had told school & psychiatric professionals he idolized Adolf Hitler and was gathering information about him and mass shooters on the “dark web.”

According to the police, a restraining order was placed on his father's weapons stockpile , after officers said Vazquez, spoke of a “day of retribution” and “expressed fascination” with #massshooters who conducted bloodbath incurring gun attacks in Isla Vista; El Paso; Norway and elsewhere. 

His family filed sucessfully to get the guns confiscation rescinded within weeks, and has since issued a statement through #lawyers in which they purport to have empathy for their child's victims, despite self righteously supplying the arms that killed all of them....

“Coming from a diverse family that not only includes immigrants but #Muslims as well, we always taught the importance of acceptance, #compassion, and love for one another. We are proud of the different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, and religions within our family and community,” his family issued statement said.
