Le Cnous visé par une cyberattaque, 774 000 personnes concernées par une exfiltration de données

Le Cnous est victime d’une cyberattaque (lire sur AEF info). Le réseau des œuvres annonce, mardi 24 mars 2026, avoir pris connaissance la veille d’une exfiltration de données provenant du site mesrdv.etudiant.gouv.fr, plateforme de prise de rendez-vous avec les services sociaux et logement des Crous. 774 000 personnes sont concernées par cette extraction de données, issues de rendez-vous pris sur les dix dernières années, selon l’opérateur. Parmi elles, 139 000 ont fait l’objet d’une exfiltration de pièces jointes déposées dans l’application et 635 000 d’une exfiltration de données très limitée (nom, prénom, adresse mail, objet et date du rendez-vous). Une investigation technique a été lancée pour identifier les causes et éviter qu’une situation similaire ne se reproduise. Ce piratage a été déclaré auprès de la Cnil et un dépôt de plainte est en cours, précise le Cnous.
