I had tried to put that all in the image's alt text, but of course it was way too much! 😬

Anyway, I loathe this new design so much the more I use it. I hope to god some sanity eventually comes back to the Apple OSs. Please. I want to love using a Mac again!

Since tool bar buttons no longer fit, there is now a double-arrow icon to reveal the missing buttons. In this case, FIVE buttons do not fit on the screen.

Flexible space is no longer relevant on the buttons, since MOST buttons are now justified to the right.

The View bottom is still on the left, but now shifts around depending on the view. It becomes a button that floats INSIDE the sidebar if the sidebar is visible.

The tool bar now shares the same space with the document name and the window traffic light. This means there is a LOT less room for EVERYTHING. The document name is truncated now, and you have to mouse over it to see the full name. The Liquid Glass tool bar buttons are much larger, so less of them can fit in the same space.

All icons fit across the entire app window because the document name and the window's "traffic light" buttons are above the tool bar (where such items have been since 1984).

Sections of grouped buttons have a flexible space between them, making them a little bit easier to find.

The View button is all the way left, and the Format and Document buttons are all the way to the right.
