We went on an adventure yesterday that included a 3 hour hike of 5.4 miles spanning 1500+ ft elevation gain over what felt like 3 mountains, ending with a yellow jacket sting.

Fun was had.... Lessons were learned.

Really should have had jabs next week, I’ve got the front room and the dining room to prepare for plaster removal and damp proofing on Mon and Tues😩😩😩

I’m also stressing about newly blind Fluffy cat, who will have to be kept upstairs while this happens. But there’s no room upstairs because everything has been packed up since Feb, and they’ll be more after I prepare the other rooms.

Too overwhelmed to move at the moment.

Day 5 of my “do a brief workout every day for 14 days” challenge was a not-so-brief 1-hour workout with an instructor. Light weights, stretching/flexibility, core strengthening , etc. We do these once every week in our home via zoom, but skipped the past 3 weeks due to the holidays. Today was rough, I tell you.

About three weeks ago I weaned off NSAIDs (750mg naprosyn), and have cut my meds down to three per day (anti-depressant, anti-histamine, vyvanse) + estrogen patch.

Spent most of the last six hours on my feet, and now I remember what it's like not being on an anti-inflammatory. #EverythingHurts
