Her mum responds "it looks unisex to me, she can have it if she wants it."
Dad channels his best talk radio dickhead voice and mutters "I suppose, I guess you can't say boys and girls any more." I swear he's partly addressing it to me. You had better believe I left him hanging.

HelgaTheres an argument that ai in research removes bias. But having been trained on human produced data and by humans, it is biased; it cant not be (and anyway, it'd otherwise be just a different bias. No such thing as no bias). Here's an example of Meta's AI assuming a cute story about a parent is about a mother, adding 'more about the mom's story' and 'how do mothers balance work and family' to the post.
