If you can't afford therapy, look into self-help groups like AA or Alanon or others.

Where ever your road takes you today, being kind -- to yourself and everyone you meet -- will make your journey more joyous and peaceful.

Here's something worth thinking about.

When all of this is over, what will you do?

There's a lot of hope there. Life will continue. Don't give up!

There's so much chaos right now. It's easy to fall into anger, despair, and hopelessness.

Kindness is only a breath away. We can create a kind world through our actions, deeds, and words.

Kindness is our birthright. It is who we really are.

We all have that aggressive voice in our heads. I call it "Nasty Chatter."

It's time to break up with your own internal nasty clutter.

You don't deserved to be abused by voices in your head. You deserve kindness and peace.

Or: Every rule of physics wh applies to this amazing blue gem of a planet, also applies to the entirety of our Universe.
