Last night my sister and her partner came over and we had a very typical German style dinner with bread, cold cuts, smoked fish, fish and chicken salads, and cheese. I made a big salad with pine nuts and walnut oil and fried some Padrón peppers. There were some olives and other Mediterranean style snacks. We had a good time! 😋

#casserole for our evening meal: unpealed #potatoes , unpealed sweet potatoes, #peas , #corn , vegetarian #sausages , and a #sauce to bind it all together made from water, nutritional yeast, mixed #herbs , #onion flakes , chicken flavoured #vegetarian stock, #cumin , powdered #parmasan and #arrowroot powder. The potatoes and sweet potatoes were cooked for 10 minutes in the #microwave , while I made the sauce, then it was all combined and mixed in the casserole dish, then heated in the oven at about 190°C for about an hour.
