Erdbeobachtungssatelliten sammeln riesige Datenmengen. Diese Daten in nützliche Informationen umzuwandeln, wenn sie gebraucht werden, stellt eine Herausforderung dar, vor allem bei Naturkatastrophen oder in Notsituationen. Ein Jahr nach dem Start des Projekts „OneWeb Copernicus Data Hub“ zeigt der österreichische Erdbeobachtungsdienstleister GeoVille gemeinsam mit der Europäischen Weltraumorganisation (ESA) und Eutelsat eine praktische Lösung.
