After count 19, the gap between the bottom two is 3796.
If the difference between them is less than 5429 (Ming Flanagan's excess) once Lisa Chambers 62818 votes are distributed in count 20, then there will need to be a count 21.

Chambers was too far behind for Ming's excess to matter.
I bet the staff are hoping they don't come into play so that they can finish (very slightly earlier).

From Polish immigrants in Bergen that decided to vote in #europeanElections24 around 25% voted for "funny far-right sexist man party".. and it was more votes than the PiS got here...  

Also, 3 dumb fecks voted for the #PolExit group. After emigrating out of Poland to Norway (easier than it would otherwise be) thanks to the EU/EEA scheme.
