It's... suprisingly easy. I didn't figured out only a few optional pieces, but in general, I have everything I need in terms of #software.

I guees people are mostly just accustomed to the most common, US-based solutions. Or are afraid that if something is less popular or known, it won't be good?

I think they could quickly change their minds after trying the alternatives.

Just made an account at @Codeberg , a Github alternative, based in Berlin. I had some issues with the octocat anyway.
