LOTTERY JACKPOT: UK ticket-holder scoops massive £181 million EuroMillions win
The lucky winner, who has not yet been named, matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars in Tuesday night’s draw to land the life-changing prize.
The winning numbers were 12, 14, 27, 44 and 50, with the Lucky Stars being 4 and 12.
The exact prize amount is a jaw-dropping £181,073,415.70.
It makes the ticket-holder the third-biggest National Lottery winner of all time in the UK and is the biggest jackpot won so far in 2026.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, urged players to check their tickets.
“What an amazing night for one UK ticket-holder who has scooped the stunning £181 million EuroMillions jackpot,” he said.
“This winner has just become the third biggest winner in UK history and the biggest of 2026 so far – what a moment!
“Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call if they think they are tonight’s lucky winner.”
The win places the ticket-holder in an exclusive club of mega-winners.
The biggest ever UK EuroMillions winners were an anonymous ticket-holder who banked £195 million in July 2022.
Joe and Jess Thwaite from Gloucester are in second place after winning £184 million in May 2022.
Only 19 UK players have ever won a prize of more than £100 million.
