AGI/Vista - “Le barriere interne all’Europa ci danneggiano più dei dazi provenienti dall’esterno. Nella nostra Unione, gli imprenditori che vogliono espandersi sono le prime vittime della frammentazione normativa. Invece di un mercato, si trovano ad affrontare 27 sistemi giuridici e più di 60 forme societarie nazionali. Le conseguenze sono reali. Il tempo e il denaro spesi per archiviare documenti non vengono spesi per creare o innovare. Ovviamente, questo deve cambiare, e velocemente. E così ecco che arriva EU Inc., il 28esimo regime. EU Inc. crea un quadro unico aziendale europeo. Si tratta di un semplice insieme di regole che funziona in tutto il nostro mercato unico di 450 milioni di consumatori. Renderà drasticamente più semplice avviare e far crescere un’impresa in Europa. Qualsiasi imprenditore potrà creare una società entro 48 ore da qualsiasi parte dell'Unione europea, completamente digitalizzata, per meno di 100 euro e senza capitale sociale minimo. Al centro di questa proposta c’è un principio semplice: “una volta sola”. Le aziende forniranno alle autorità pubbliche le loro informazioni – i loro dati – una sola volta. Tali informazioni verranno poi condivise automaticamente tra le amministrazioni competenti, dai registri delle imprese alle autorità fiscali e di previdenza sociale, basta nominarlo. E queste informazioni saranno archiviate e facilmente accessibili in un nuovo registro delle imprese dell’UE per le società EU Inc. La seconda caratteristica: EU Inc. è essenzialmente digitale. Le società EU Inc. opereranno in un ambiente completamente digitale. Dalla registrazione alle assemblee dei soci, dall'archiviazione dei documenti alle operazioni sul capitale. Le aziende saranno in grado di gestire i propri documenti e comunicare con altre imprese e amministrazioni in modo completamente digitale, in tutti i 27 Stati membri”. AGI/Vista – “Internal barriers within Europe damage us more than tariffs from the outside. In our Union, entrepreneurs who want to expand are the first victims of fragmentation of regulations. Instead of a market, they face 27 legal systems and more than 60 national corporate forms. The consequences are real. The time and money spent archiving documents are not spent creating or innovating. Of course, this must change, and quickly. And so here comes EU Inc., the 28th regime. EU Inc. creates a single European corporate framework. It’s a simple set of rules that works throughout our market of 450 million consumers. It will drastically simplify starting and growing a business in Europe. Any entrepreneur will be able to set up a company within 48 hours from any part of the European Union, fully digitalized, for less than 100 euros and without a minimum share capital. At the heart of this proposal is a simple principle: “one-time”. Companies will provide public authorities with their information – their data – once. This information will then be automatically shared among the relevant authorities, from company registers to tax and social security authorities, simply by naming it. And this information will be archived and easily accessible in a new EU company register for EU Inc. companies. The second characteristic: EU Inc. is essentially digital. EU Inc. companies will operate in a fully digital environment. From registration to shareholder meetings, from document archiving to capital transactions. Companies will be able to manage their documents and communicate with other businesses and authorities in a fully digital way, in all 27 member states.” It was announced by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen presenting one of the pillars of the so-called 28th regime.
