Had to extend the flight deck sponson when I discovered a major measuring error, but that’s done and the stern railing is in place. Moving up to the hangar deck level for final detailing, including railings. Again, this is a 1/700 Trumpeter WW II CV-14 undergoing a major transformation into a 1969 CVS-12. #scalemodeling #shipmodeling #essexclasscarriers #scalemodels

Interested to see Model Fun Shipyard now has a lower hull for the 1/700 Trumpeter CVS-11 Intrepid. For modelers unsatisfied with waterline versions. I don’t cunt myself among them, but now I’m intrigued. #ScaleModeling #ShipModeling #EssexClassCarriers

Also enjoy #LandscapeArchitecture and our beloved #DallasCowboys but my principal hobby is #ScaleModeling with an emphasis on #ShipModeling usually WW II or #NavalHistory subjects. Have written two books on aircraft carriers and have a particular interest in #EssexClassCarriers .
