As some of you know, I have a background in art history - so the last two days were special for me. First, I discovered the incredible Baksı Mazes - a modern art gallery in the mountains of very rural Turkey. Then, I went to #Erzurum and saw the beautiful old town and the 13th century “Double Minaret Madrasa” and #Byzantine castle.

I even met the founder of the Baksı Müzesi, Dr. Hüsamettin Koçan, who invited me for dinner with his family and the director of the museum. ❤️🖼️
