Is your work in erotica integrated with your day-to-day life and work, or somewhat separate?
I have been out of the scene for several decades. My characters sometimes still express the longing of a submissive, but that's as close as I get these days.
I don't hide that I sometimes write erotica. Porn with plot and short ecchi. I am not a discrete person.
As an ace I can't say that any of it interests me in RL except D&S and fetish activity.

I don't really work in erotica, my writing from time to time has erotic scenes and I try to draw butts from hearts, which makes it a full circle because the symbol of love started as a symbol for butts in erotic establishments.
But otherwise since I'm doing writing and everything else at home, or when I'm on my way somewhere with public transportation I would say as fully integrated as it gets in my case.
If your able to speak/read German my last answer yesterday, to the Phantastik Prompts, was an erotica one between my captain and her beloved flight commander.
But don't expect to much detail because that's not how erotic works for me. I link to the toot in the toot underneath.

All of the above shown paintings are made on my phone with one of this rubber ends on a ball pen to use touch screens.
The two I added here are different in that I used other pictures as a starting point.
Number one is the rough shape I want to use for the U.I.A.S. Ghoz'Tarc from my own SciFi story I am developing and the other is a screenshot of the PC progam Sketchbook (that is clearly aimed at touch screen controls and which android companion I use with my phone, it came with my graphic tablet from Wacom). It shows how I paint over the Scene from Neon Genesis Evangelion as Eva 01 unschackles itself in a blood lust raged amok run. It isn't finished yet and as I said I am still learning basic like layering, color wheels etc.

Craft: Do you intentionally experiment with new techniques? Share an example! (If you want to.)
Pretty much I have to learn on my own pace in my own way atm I learn how to draw digital and it's based on Smog (the air pollution). Basically In my teens I visited a Berufsfachschule (closest translation I guess is Job specialist school) one of the topics was WiPo (Wirtschaft & Politik - Commerce & Politics) often we had to depict political or economic and related topics and draw our own graphics. The easiest way to depict smog without air brushes is a lot of little dots with a pencil or ball pen so in every lesson involving smog you heard this characteristic "Tok Tok Tok Tok! - Tok Tok Tok Tok! of 20+ people in the room I later used a similar technique to depict rain (with lines instead of dots) which lead to this style of idk.
