RubenQuestion: does anyone know how I can view Indic characters, both devanāgarī (ऋ and ष etc.) and IAST (for Sanskrit mainly, such as ṛ and ṣ etc.) in epub ebooks on a Kobo? With the standard font settings, they're just omitted completely (which I found out after trying to decipher some very strange looking words just before going to sleep 😅)
I've tried different fonts. I've also added Noto Serif Devanagari to the fonts folder, but then everything becomes devanagari...
Update: the Adishila font fixed the issue for this book! Although some characters such as the copyright icon are now devanagari 😂 I think something's off with the encoding, but it works well enough for me. Thanks all!
