Fazit: Wenn das Recht die Biologie auf einfache Kategorien des 19. Jahrhunderts reduziert, verliert es den Anschluss an die moderne Wissenschaft und gefährdet die Würde und Sicherheit von trans Menschen am Arbeitsplatz.
