I noticed your communication relies exclusively on US-based platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Given EU data protection regulations and digital sovereignty, this is concerning. These platforms harvest metadata for the US, conflicting with GDPR.
Could you please clarify why your department does not yet have an official presence on the EU's own federated platform, Mastodon (europa.eu), or other decentralized alternatives like PeerTube?
I believe that promoting European job opportunities through American platforms contradicts the EU's commitment to data autonomy. I strongly encourage you to consider migrating your communication channels to more democratic, privacy-compliant solutions hosted on European servers.
