Today, we stand together to raise awareness about epilepsy, a condition that affects nearly 50 million people worldwide. By wearing purple and participating in events, we can help educate others and reduce the stigma surrounding epilepsy.

Epilepsy can impact anyone, regardless of age, and while there is no cure, there are effective treatments available.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:

𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗽𝘀𝘆: Did you know that not all seizures are related to epilepsy? Many factors can cause seizures, and being informed helps dispel myths.

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: In some areas, finding effective treatment can be challenging. Your awareness can drive change and improve access to care.
