I think this comes under the heading of Malicious compliance.

EON finally 'emailed' a pathetic and insincere apology for the 5 months of delays in refunding thousands of pounds.

They then say that they'll 'credit our account' for the compensation.

Not GIVE US THE MONEY.... 'CREDIT' an account that no longer exists because we're no longer a customer since Sept last year.

File that under 'FUCK YOU' from them. A deliberate attempt to delay and frustrate.

Oh and even after sending out the cheque... there is still just over £800 credit on the account that they've failed to send out.

The #Eon debacle continues.

They 'did' send out the refund cheque.

They sent it to the old address we moved out of 14 months ago.

Thankfully we are in touch with the new owners of the house, who kindly told us instead of putting it in the bin.

Eon are trying to 'close' the complaint as 'resolved'

We're escalating it to the ombudsman as they're behaved in an appalling manner with disregard to the elderly, disabled and data protection.
