I think this comes under the heading of Malicious compliance.
EON finally 'emailed' a pathetic and insincere apology for the 5 months of delays in refunding thousands of pounds.
They then say that they'll 'credit our account' for the compensation.
Not GIVE US THE MONEY.... 'CREDIT' an account that no longer exists because we're no longer a customer since Sept last year.
File that under 'FUCK YOU' from them. A deliberate attempt to delay and frustrate.
