Georgia-Pacific has the opportunity to establish itself as an environmental leader by publicly committing to not source any wood products from critical habitat within the North American boreal forest.

Even if a logged area is replanted, the forest is far more susceptible to fires and has lost the plant diversity that makes it so ecologically beneficial.
