Reading how "7 days of work was done in 5 hours", I am thinking back on how #EnsembleProgramming made a 6-month work be ready in a week.
We have no idea of the size of a thing before we implement it. I wish we weren't asked to guess, buffer and overexplain when we learn.
Ran a version of the Mob Programming RPG today with a group of interns [*]. That is such a good tool: people get really into it and you can see the evolution with each turn.
