Is there any good English dictionary for iOS with the following requirements?

- Offline
- If paid, no subscription model, one time payment only
- If free, pay to remove ads is available
- International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) for pronunciation guides

I bought Merriam-Webster‘s Dictionary+ many, many years ago (I had an iPhone 4S back then!), but I‘m annoyed they don’t use IPA and have their own pronunciation thing 🙄
