I worked briefly with Professor Michael Pollitt almost 20 years ago…and his thoughts on #EnergyPricing were intriguing then. He grew up in Northern Ireland and he was one of the most hard working people I knew at the time, who strived to make his academic papers understandable to all by writing non-technical summaries.
The mother of invention LIVES at the margins
"Some communities in remote parts of #Alaska ... have served as #incubators for a wide range of really innovative technologies and strategies that are now gaining popularity in mainstream markets. Examples include #dynamic time-of-use #EnergyPricing, #DemandManagement, #SmartMetering technology, #HeatPumps, #ThermalStorage, and the strategic addition of new loads."
So awesome.
