🪶There's a new mod that just came out for the RTS game #StarWars #EmpireAtWar. It's a prequel mod. It's called Awakening of the Clone Wars, which is made by the people who made Awakening of the Rebellion, a very well-known mod.
I'm talking about this because I just want to share something about it that I find as funny as it is clever.
So, you know that Chancellor Palpatine is also Darth Sidious, and he has played both sides of the war from the very beginning. So obviously, he's a very important character and unit to have for both the Republic side and the Confederacy of Independent Systems side. But you can't have a Palpatine unit and a Sidious unit coexisting at the same time owned by the two faction. So how do you do?
Well, if you're playing as the Republic for example, from time to time, Chancellor Palpatine will randomly take a "vacation" and Darth Sidious will become available for the CIS, and go back and forth, which I think is fucking hilarious.
