Two high schools in Houston were temporarily locked down Wednesday after students were found in possession of knives, with one of the incidents resulting in a stabbing.

Student at Houston’s Sterling High School stabbed during fight on campus

The southeast Houston school was one of two placed on lockdown Wednesday because of incidents involving knives. A student at Elsik High School was in possession of a kitchen knife.
