Still a little wonky. Been having dizzy episodes and minor leg weakness, which scares me. Back in 2023 I was completely bed ridden from leg weakness and muscle weakness. For a whole year. That was my worst flare. I had canes more mobility aid back then, but when we ended up on the street I lost them all to theft. I don't want to be back to that, this time without mobility aids or even the funds to get any.

I just learned via tiktok that apparently it is not normal to be able to touch your head to your back and also to touch your chin down to your chest. I learn new things everyday, lol. #elhersdanlossyndrome #disabled #bendy

Why is the left side of my body so messed up? My left toes have arthritis, my left knee pops out of place easily and hurts easily, my left hip is painful a lot, my left shoulder has trouble a lot, my left eyes is a lot worse than my right one, and I currently have a large cyst on my left inner wrist. My right side however- my right knee is bad but no where near as bad as my left. And it is it just my knee on my right side. What is wrong with the left side of my body, lol? I don’t even know if it is common to have everything on one side or if I am just unique. #elhersdanlossyndrome #hypermobile
