#Syntakt 1.4 #update is out and... I haven't even bothered to watch the ever so enthusiastic #utube #demo #crowd. I mean, #Elektron is four years late to their own party. Can't find a single gram of interest for this #instrument now. I guess I won't get it, at least not for now.

Oh no I think I like really Elektron’s workflow.

I’ve had it for a day and already wrote something I’m a little happy with.

This bodes ill for my wallet. Looking at my TE devices among others with a view now askew.

If the rumours are true and #Elektron is adding #sample engine to #Syntakt I'm going to have my personal "I told you so" moment. But seriously, good for them, it has been a head-scratcher for some time now. Not sure if this would make me change my mind about this #instrument, depends of the update I guess. It's been such a weird ride for Elektron, for sure.

It’s amazing what Elektron has been able to do with this tiny 128 x 64 screen and the hardware buttons. Really great UI and UX. Also the atypical UI elements like waveforms and 3D objects… how did they even program that? Were they all pixel-drawn for each step? So cool.
