I just heard about this: a wind farm and huge battery in Australia saves a ton of money, is cheaper than a new fossil fuel generator, and filled in for a failing fossil plant in milliseconds. (Apologies for the Tesla video.)

Green tech is here and it's cheaper than coal or oil.
