Dad (91 y.o.) was cussing in frustration about his recent inability to post photos from his phone to Facebook, so I offered to help troubleshoot. He said it all started when his phone's OS updated. It took about 10 minutes of trial and error before I noticed he had *separate accounts* open: one on his phone and one on his computer. He had no idea he had two accounts.
