Key takeaway: give your juniors conference budget including beer-money! Large parts of our industry relies on trusting people we have meet, we can't afford to lose a generation of people due to conference budgets cuts during covid.

I absolutely recommend to check brians former talk from #FIRSTCTI26 - imho most important talk of the conference!
