The Eight of Swords:
When I read the description of this one as the ‘damned if you do, damned if you don’t’ card, I was reminded of how Dan, played by Mickey Rooney, gets himself deeper and deeper into trouble in the film Quicksand especially with Nick Dramoshag (Peter Lorre), the seedy arcade owner. It’s a tight film noir and definitely one of my favourites! So I hope this card does it justice.
