Beaten and killed at 16 inside a fishing boat in Syracuse, the boatman sentenced.

A migrant boat operator was sentenced in Siracusa to a 21-year prison term for the death of a 16-year-old boy beaten to death on a boat. The sentence was issued by the Siracusa Court of Appeal against Mohamed Abdelrazek, an Egyptian national found guilty of killing Yassa Atef Kozman Awad, a 16-year-old boy who died in July 2022 due to acute cardiopulmonary failure resulting from polytrauma from blunt force injuries.

The boat operator overturned the first-instance sentence.

The 16-year-old was found dead in the hold of a fishing vessel that arrived between July 27th and 28th, 2022, in Portopalo, Siracusa, with 114 people on board. The first-instance sentence was overturned: the Siracusa Court of Appeal was unable to definitively determine the perpetrators of the 16-year-old's death and acquitted three Egyptian nationals on insufficient evidence.

The fishing vessel had departed from Turkey.

The fishing vessel had departed from Turkey, according to the initial investigations conducted by the Siracusa Prosecutor’s Office, and a group of Turks alternated in its command while a group of Egyptians were responsible for managing water and food for those on board.

Conditions Aboard:

People were divided by seating and treatment based on their religion; some were on deck and others in the hold: the 16-year-old was required to stay on deck, some testified during the trial.

Violence and Death:

For three days confined to the ship, the young man was beaten upon repeated requests for air, he then dragged himself back under deck to protect himself, under a table where he was later found dead, also beaten with a blunt object.

The Trial and Sentences:

Prosecutor Salvatore Grillo had requested a 21-year sentence for one of the three Egyptians and 10 years for the other two at the time. He appealed the acquittal sentence. The third section of the Siracusa Court of Appeal, after a renewed trial during which witnesses and experts were heard, acquitted two of the defendants while confirming the first-instance sentence and sentencing Mohamed Abdelrazek to 21 years.

The public prosecutor requested the acquittal of everyone. The motivations will be deposited within 30 days. The ruling was made on May 27th.

Samyaza

Also known as Shamhazai, Aza, Ouza, Semjaza, or Amezyarak.

He’s a fallen angel of apocryphal Abrahamic traditions & also Manichaeism as the leader of the Watchers.

According to the Book of the Watchers (1st section of 1 Enoch), Samyaza was a high-ranking angel who got caught up with the “daughter of men.” He talked 200 other angels to come down to Earth to marry some mortal/human women. Samyaza knew fully the severity of these actions. He was afraid that he was going to suffer the consequences alone & be held solely responsible.

To make absolutely sure that everyone equally shared in the consequences, Samyaza made his comrades swear an oath on Mt. Hermon. This was to make absolutely sure that everyone would share the same fate. While Samyaza is the actual leaders, he & his Watcher associates (like Azazel) taught humans a lot of things that weren’t meant for human beings to know:

  • Sorcery & Incantations:
    • Samyaza specifically taught the “cutting of roots” & the “resolving of enchantments.”
  • Comsmetology & Warfare:
    • Other Watchers taught the making of swords, jewelry, & cosmetics makeup.
  • Astrology:
    • Humans were taught the signs of the sun, moon, & stars.

The “side effects” of the spicy adult time between the Watfhers & human women were called the Nephilim/Giants.

In the Enochian tradition, these “giants” were massive beings who consumed the earth’s resources. Eventually, they began to prey on humanity. The resulting chaos & bloodshedis given as the Great Flood, as the Earth cried out to the Archangels for intervention.

In the Book of Giants, Shemyaza (or Sahmizad in the Manichaean version) sires 2 sons, they battled Leviathan together. They’re not portrayed as heroic. But boasting about their own victory. A symbol of royal failure to keep one’s power in this world. After the defeat of the Leviathan, Shemyaza & his kids are slain by the 4 punishing angels.

The Babylonian Tulmud has 1 singular mention of the name Samyaza. The text portrays him as the grandpa of King Og, the king of Bashan & the last of the Raphaim known for his gigantic height & strength (Deuteronomy 3:11).

Upon the command of God, the Archangel Michael was sent to bind Samyaza & his associates. According to 1 Enoch 10: Samyaza was forced to watch the Nephilim (his kids) slaughter 1 another. He was bound/tied up & thrown into “the valleys of the earth” (or under the hills) to remain in darkness until the day of Final Judgment. At the end of time, he’s to be led away to the “abyss of fire.”

In some Midrashic traditions, Samyaza is portrayed with a touch of tragedy or repentance. One legend suggests he repented & suspended himself between Heaven & Earth – forming the constellation Orion.

In legend, Azza (another name for Samyaza) is the seraph tempted by the maiden Ishtar to reveal to her the Explicit Name of God. In Solomonic lore, the story is that Azza was the angel who revealed to the Jewish king the heavenly arcana. Thus making Solomon the wisest man on earth.

Of the 2 groups of angels headed by Metatron, 1 of the groups (the angels justice) were under the ruleship of Azza, who had this time hadn’t yet fallen.

According to rabbinic tradition, Azza is suspended between Heaven & Earth with Azazel as punishment for having had carnal knowledge of human women. He’s said to be constantly falling, with 1 eye open & the other closed, to see his plight & suffer the more. It’s said that he now hangs head down, & is the constellation of Orion.

Uzza (another name for Samyaza) is the guardian angel of the Egyptians. Before the Fall, Ouza (another name for Samyaza) was the rank of Seraphim.

Hormuz e uranio arricchito: punti chiave dell'accordo finale

Hormuz Strait and enriched uranium, the 'knots' for the 45-day truce.

AGI - A 45-day truce with the aim of reaching a permanent end to the war: this is the goal being pursued by the United States and Iran with the help of international mediators, according to the Axios website, citing US, Israeli, and regional sources aware of the talks. A partial agreement in the next 48 hours is “unlikely,” the site writes, but this last-minute attempt is the only chance to avoid a dramatic escalation in the war.

As the Axios website, which first provided details of the ongoing negotiations, writes, the proposal that Iran and the United States are discussing through regional mediators involves two phases, with a 45-day truce to be used to reach a final agreement for true peace. And only the text of a lasting agreement would address the issue of the complete reopening of Hormuz, as well as that of enriched uranium that Tehran possesses.

American proposals and the truce duration
According to US sources, the Trump administration has sent several proposals to Iran in recent days, but so far Tehran has rejected them. The 45-day ceasefire limit could be extended if more time is needed to negotiate the permanent end to the war.

Trump’s ultimatum and diplomatic channels
Donald Trump has postponed until tomorrow the ultimatum given to Tehran to accept an agreement, under threat of massive bombing. And the channel is open. Pakistanis, Egyptians and Turks are helping the negotiation, but messages are also continuing to be sent directly via SMS between Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

Extension of the ceasefire
The ceasefire could be extended if more time is needed for the talks, said one of the sources. The second phase would be an agreement to end the war.

Hormuz and enriched uranium: key points of the final agreement
Sources say mediators believe that reopening Hormuz Strait and a solution for Iran’s highly enriched uranium – through its removal from the country or its dilution – could only be the result of a final agreement.
