I like weekend quiche- make on Friday or Saturday night for dinner, then finish for breakfast next morning. This is tonight's quiche: ham, cheddar, spinach, mushroom, and red onion😋 Crust came out better this time because I used ten forks on top of my weak fancy pie weight chains, so no bubbles on the blind bake. I just need to sacrifice a bag of dry beans for pie weights😑
