The storied Dallas music venue reopened Thursday with a concert that tributed its first headliner, Bob Wills.

The venue’s restoration means Dallas now has a destination rivals Fort Worth’s Billy Bob’s in spotlighting North Texas’ remarkable and too-often-ignored music history.
