1. The Magic Word Reset
Instead of asking students to quiet down again and again,
set a "magic word" at the start of the day (like "pineapple" or
"toothbrush"). When you say it, they know it's time to reset, hush up, and focus.
Bonus: it feels like a secret code, and they love it.
