I like herbal tea. It is good for your health and each herb has its own strength and effect. This herb is good for the internal cleansing of your body. Especially your lymph nodes.
In the past, this was eaten as a vegetable and used in making cheese. This is still possible, but unfortunately most people have forgotten about it and see it as a weed.
(Always be careful about what you eat and how you process it. Know what you eat.)
